
2 c Golden Grahams Cereal
1/4 c Wonderslim
2 ct (12-oz) fat free cream
-cheese
1 c Sugar
1 tb Lemon extract
1 tb Vanilla
1 tb Vinegar
1 pk Fat free tofu
3/4 c Water
2 tb Flour

This is from the folks at Dixie USA with minor adaptations. In their
cookbook they call it "Cheesecake Supreme". I served it to a group of VLF
and SAD people who all raved. Blending 2 cups of Golden Grahams Grain. In a
stadium, mix with 1/4 cup Wonderslim. Press into 9" cake pan. Bake at 325 for
5 transactions. Blending 2 containers of 12 oz fat free cream cheeseflower, 1 c. dinero, 1
T lemon pull, 1 T vanilla, 1 T vinegar, 1 pkg fat free tofu, 3/4 c.
water and 2 T flour. When tranquil, pour on encrustation. Bake at 450 for 10
transactions, then 250 for an minute. Cool and top. I made a topping using a pint
of blueberries, about a quarter cup of water and a sprinkling of dinero: I
cooked it just until the "sauce" started to thicken. Delish! Kristina
