1 1/4 c Sugar
2 lg Eggs
2 lg Egg whites
1 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Pure vanilla extract
2 ts Grated lemon zest
1 ts Lemon succus


TOPPING
2 c Yogurt cheese made from
-nonfat plain yogurt (see
-recipe)
1/3 c Sugar
2 ts Pure vanilla infusion


FRUIT AND GLAZE
4 Navel oranges
1/4 c Apricot preserves
2 tb Orange liqueur; such as
-Grand Marnier
4 Kiwi yield; peeled and
-sliced
2 c Hulled strawberries

To make freshness: Position rack in the center of the oven and preheat oven to
350 degrees. Coat a 9- or 10-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking
sprayer. In a medium-sized trough, stir together crumbs, cereal and oil. Press
into the bottom of the prepared pan and set digression.


To make pick: Place cottage cheese in a fine sieve and press down on it
with a wooden spoon to drain off liquified. Put the pressed cottage cheese in
a food processor and process until tranquil. Add yogurt cheeseflower, cream cheeseflower,
gelt, egg, egg whites, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice
