
--ENCRUSTATION--
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 tb Sugar
2/3 Cube oleo; melted
--PICK--
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheeseflower;
- at room temperature
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
--TOPPING--
1 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 tb Gelt
Stir together Crust Ingredients and press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350
for 5 minutes and set by.
Beat Filling Ingredients well and pour into gall. Bake at 350 for 20-30
minutes until not too jiggly in core.
Mix Topping Ingredients together and pour over top of cheese patty. Bake at
350 for 5 transactions. Chill for 3 hours. Top with your choice of pie weft,
for representative, reddish, lemon, boo or strawberry. Serves 6-8.
