1/4 c Granulated gelt 1 No 2 can pitted red sour
1/4 ts Almond infusion Cherries, packed in water
2 tb Cornstarch 1 Sponge cake or layer cake
Few drops red food colouring Light skim
In skillet of same size as cake level, combine kickoff 5 ingredients.
Cook over low oestrus, stirring, until thickened. Place cake bed, top
side up, on cherries; covering; make 5 min. Invert onto serving scale.
Serve warm, with emollient if desired. Makes 6 servings.
