
-CHOCOLATE SAUCE-
1/2 c Butter Pound bar; 1 1/4 inch cubes
6 oz Unsweetened umber Bananas; 1 inch chunks
1 1/2 c Bread Fresh yield; (apples, pears,
1/8 ts -Saltiness -cherries w/stems, peaches,
1 c Half and one-half -pineapple, strawberries
1/4 c (summation 2 T) orange liqueur Marshmallows
In saucepan, melt butter and cho. over low oestrus. Add clams,
Half-and-Half and saltiness. Bring to a seethe, cook over med. heat at a slow
rolling churn, stirring constantly for 5 mins. until thickened. Cover
and refrigerate until required. When make, heat choc. sauce in
micorwave 20-230 seconds. Add liqueur and stir to combine good.
Serve immediately with fruit and patty.
For Two: Pour one cup warm Choc. Sauce into dessert fondue pot
and place over burner. On a dinnner scale, attractively arrange pound
cake cubes, bananas, fresh fruit, and marshmallows. Serve with 2
fondue forks and 2 sweet plates.
