
Ice:
Melt the chocolate in a double kettle. Remove from heat and allow to
cool slimly. Beat butter, eggs and vanilla in bowl until sundry.
Gradually add the cabbage, 2 T at a time, beating well after each
increase. Beat in the melted cocoa. Chill the frosting most 15
proceedings.
Gathering:
Cut eah cake in half horizontally. Three layers are for the coat, one
for the cake crumb finishing. Place one layer in a food processor and
pulse to make crumbs. Place half the filing on top of one cake bed,
palce second cake layer on top, place balance of filling on cake
stratum, top with remaining cake level. Frost top and sides of cake
with icing. Working over a large baking sheet sprinkle cake crumbs
liberally over top of cake and press onto side of coat.
