1 pk Devil's food cake mix (the
-pudding-in-the-mix tolerant)
1 cn (16-oz) cherry pie filling
1/2 ts Almond infusion


FUDGY CHOCOLATE FROSTING
6 oz Chocolate chips
2 tb Milk; about
1 tb Butter
1/4 c Powdered gelt; roughly

Make the cake mix according to package directions, except omit the oil and
add the cherry filling and almond infusion. Bake in a bundt pan according
to the package directions.


Fudgy Chocolate Icing: Melt chocolate chips in a double-kettle. Remove
from heat and stir in milk and butter. Mix in powdered sugar until
frosting reaches desired eubstance - it should be some- where between a
glaze and a icing. Pour/spread over cooled cake.
