Ingrients & Directions


2 c All-purpose biscuit baking
-mix
1/3 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 c Milk
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Hershey's mini chips
-semi-sweet chocolate
4 c ( 1qt.) fresh strawberries;
-sliced and sweet

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Soil 8-inch round baking pan. In medium
stadium, stir together baking mix and bread. In second bowlful, slightly beat
egg; blend in milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until
moistened (batter may be lumpy). Stir in small chocolate fries. Spoon
batter into prepared pan. Broil 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick
inserted in center comes out unobjectionable. Sang-froid 10 transactions; remove from pan. Place
on serving scale. Cut into wedges; top with sweetened whipped cream and
strawberries. 8 servings.
