2 c All-purpose flour
2 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Dutch process cocoa powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
4 lg Eggs
1 tb Orange nip; finely chopped
1 1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 c Carrots; sliced

2 tb Unsalted butter; softened
1 ts Orange nip; finely chopped
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
1/2 c Semisweet chocolate fries


-----------------------INGREDIENTS FOR ICING-----------------------
1 Stick unsalted butter;
-softened
1/3 c Unsweetened alkalized cocoa
-powder
1 pn Salt
2 c Confectioners' sugar
1/4 c Half and half
1 ts Vanilla infusion


How to Prepare Bar:


1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Butter the sides and bottom of two 9 x
2-inch round cake pans.


2. Sift together the flour, dough, cocoa, saltiness, baking pulverise, and
