Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe



Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Soft oleomargarine 2 Eggs
1/2 c Oil 1 ts Vanilla
1 3/4 c Bread 1/2 c Sour milk
2 1/2 c Flour 4 tb Cocoa
1 ts Baking pulverise 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Baking tonic 1/4 c Chocolate chips
2 c Grated zucchini


Cream together the oleomargarine, oil and gelt. Add egg, vanilla, and sour milk.
Mix good. Add dry ingredients after sifting them unitedly. Beat good. Add
zucchini last and mix evenly. Put in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate
fries. Bake at 350 for 35 min. or until through. This is GREAT topped with
cream cheese icing.


Cream Cheese Icing


1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheeseflower--dull 4 Tbsp. butter--softened dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. sifted powdered dinero


Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Beat in vanilla and saltiness.
Gradually add powdered dough. Blend wellspring. Frost patty.
