Coca-cola Carrot Cake



Ingrients & Directions


CAKE
2 c Flour, sifted 1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Baking tonic 3/4 c Coca-Cola
1/2 ts Saltiness 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
2 tb Cocoa 2 1/4 c Raw carrots, grated
3 Egg 1 c Buggy, chopped
1 1/2 c Clams 1 c Coconut, flaked


-COCA-COLA SYRUP-
3/4 c Gelt 6 tb Butter
2 ts Cocoa 1 tb Light corn syrup
6 tb Coca-Col 1/2 ts Vanilla


Mix all the dry ingredients unitedly. Beat the eggs swell; add dough,
oil, 3/4 cup dope, and vanilla and beat swell. Stir in the dry
ingredients until polish, then add the carrots, nuts and coconut. Mix
wellspring. Bake in a greased and lightly floured 13 x 9 pan in a preheated
350~F oven for 40-50 proceedings, until cake tests through. Remove from oven
and prick hot cake all over with a branch, then pour the cola syrup
slow, evenly over the top. Serve warm or room temperature with
lightly sweetened-vanilla flavored whipped emollient.
Coca-Cola Syrup: Combine bread, cocoa, gap, butter and corn syrup in
saucepan; bring to a boil over medium oestrus, stirring incessantly. Seethe,
stirring, until thick and viscous, astir 5 transactions. Add vanilla
selection. Remove from heat and teem, hot, over hot patty.
