Cocoa-molassas Bundt Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 3/4 c Flour
3 tb Dutch process cocoa
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Low-fat buttermilk
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Applesauce
1/2 c Molasses
1 Egg
2 tb Margarine
3 Egg whites; beaten until

Preheat oven to 350. Spraying 10 inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spraying.
Flour softly. Combine flour, cocoa, baking pulverisation, baking soda and saltiness.
In another bowl combine buttermilk, boodle, tripe, molasses, egg and
marge. Add flour mixture to applesauce assortment. Beat with electric
mixer into until applesauce is moistened. Beat on high swiftness 3 transactions.
Gently fold in beaten egg whites. Pour batter into prepared pan. Broil 55
transactions, or until toothpick comes out scavenge. Poise 15 transactions. Sprinkle with
confectioner's sugar.
