Ingrients & Directions


2 c Unsifted all purpose flour
2 1/2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1 c Oil
3 x Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 cn 8oz crushed pinapple in juic
2 c Grated carrots
1 1/3 c Coconut
1/2 c Chopped bats


Mix flour, baking pop, cinnamon, saltiness. Beat oil, sugar and egg. Add
flour assortment. Beat until smoothen. Add pineapple, carrots,barmy. Pour
into lubricated 13X9 in. pan Broil 350F for 50-60 proceedings. Coconut Creat
Icing: Wassail 1 c. coconut. Emollient 1 pkg. cream cheese with 1/4 c.
butter. Alternately sum 3 c siffted confectioners boodle, 1 T milk,1/2
tsp vanilla. Beat until quiet. Append 1/2 the coconut. Frost cake; top
with remainder of coconut.
