Coconut Carrot Cake



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Unsifted all purpose flour
2 1/2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1 c Oil
3 x Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 cn 8oz crushed pinapple in juic
2 c Grated carrots
1 1/3 c Coconut
1/2 c Chopped batty


Mix flour, baking pop, cinnamon, saltiness. Beat oil, sugar and egg. Add flour
assortment. Beat until quiet. Add pineapple, carrots,batty. Pour into greased
13X9 in. pan Broil 350F for 50-60 proceedings. Coconut Creat Icing: Wassail 1
c. coconut. Pick 1 pkg. cream cheese with 1/4 c. butter. Alternately sum 3
c siffted confectioners bread, 1 T milk,1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat until smoothen.
Tag 1/2 the coconut. Frost cake; top with balance of coconut.
