Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Shortening
3 Egg; unbeaten
3 1/2 c Flour
4 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 cn (big) evaporated milk
1 ts Vanilla
2 ts Almond infusion


TOPPING
1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Pecans


Cream cabbage, shortening & egg. Combine with other cake ingredients. Mix
topping unitedly. Alternate mix & topping in 3 layers in greased angel food
cake pan. Bake for 1 minute 15 minutes at 350.
