
1/4 c Butter or oleomargarine 1 c Maize, cream-style
1 lg Onion -- sweet fine 1 c Sour drub -- 8 oz.
Shredded 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Corn muffin mix 1 c Cheddar cheeseflower -- 4 oz.
1 ea Egg Shredded divid
1/3 c Milk
In a skillet, melt butter over medium rut. Saute onion until bid.
Remove from the heat and set digression. In a trough, combine muffin mix,
egg, milk and maize. Spread into a lubricated 9-in. baking pan. Combine
sour pick, salt and half the cheddar cheeseflower; spread over the hitter.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheeseflower. Bake at 425 deg. for 30 proceedings.
Cut into squares; serve tender. Kike: roughly 9 servings
