
1 c Corn kernels (fresh or
-frosty)
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal
1 c Boiling water
2 ts Honey
1/4 ts Salt
2 Egg whites
Cooking sprayer
Cook maize, covered, in boiling water to cover until tenderise; drain and set
aside to nerveless. Combine maize, cornmeal, boiling h2o, honey and salt in a
medium bowl and stir good. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks mannikin. Stir
gently into corn assortment. Pullulate 1/4 c batter onto hot griddle coated with
cooking spraying. Fix 3 minutes on each side. Makes 12 3.52 cakes.
