
1 18 1/4oz bx White cake mix 1 ts Grated orange rind
1 1 lb can 1/2 ts Orange infusion
-----------------------CRANBERRY SATIN ICING-----------------------
1 pk White frosting mix Jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c Boiling cranberry succus
Preheat oven according to directions on cake mix software. Prepare
cake mix according to package directions. Grease and flour 2 8-inch
round cake pans. Spoonful 1 cup batter into each pan. Cut cranberry
sauce into 8 equal slices. Situation 4 slices over batter in each pan
toward plaza; sprinkle orange rind over all. Spoon remaining batter
evenly over cranberry slices; bake as directed on cake mix box.
Remove from pans; cool on racks. Prepare Cranberry Satin Ice.
Position 1 cake layer cranberry side up on cake lulu; icing. Top with
second layer cranberry side up; frost top and sides of coat.
CRANBERRY SATIN ICING: Combine frosting mix and cranberry succus.
Beat until frosting stands in stiff peaks.
