
8 ea Egg, set-apart 2 tb Margarine
3 tb Weewee 1 ea 1# can corned-beef hash
3 tb Flour 8 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 ts Saltiness Generously grease two 8"
1/4 ts Peppercorn -layer cake pans.
1/2 c Onion, shredded
Beat egg whites until spumy, add weewee, beat until stiff peaks mannequin.
Beat egg yolks with flour, salt and peppercorn. Fold into egg whites.
Divide mixture into cake pans. Bake at 350 F for 20 transactions, or
until puffed and tauten. Saute onion in marge, add hashish, heat
through. Bit 1 layer of egg omelet onto serving lulu. Cover with
hashish. Top with second stratum. Serve with warmed tomato sauce. From
