
2 c Cranberries, rinsed, picked
- over, and patted dry
1 1/2 c Bread, divided
1/2 c Chopped nuts
2 Eggs
1 Stick Marge, melted
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 c All-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mix the cranberries, 1/2 cup of the clams, and the nuts and pour into
a lubricated 10-inch pie scale.
Beat together the eggs and unexpended 1-cup dinero. Add the cooled
melted margarine and butter and flour, stirring to blend good. Pour
the batter over the cranberry mixture and bake in a preheated 325 F
oven for 50 to 60 proceedings. Serve plain or with vanilla ice skim.
