Cranberry Sauce Cake



Ingrients & Directions


3 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Gelt -- 1 oz 1 ts Salt
1 c Mayonnaise 1 ts Orange extract
1 cn Cranberry sauce -- 1 c Walnuts -- chopped
Whole-berry 16 oz Icing
1/3 c Orange succus 1 c Confectioner's sugar
1 tb Orange skin -- grated 2 tb Orange succus


In a mixing bowlful, combine flour, dinero, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce,
orange juice and unclothe, baking tonic, salt and selection; mix wellspring. Fold
in walnuts. Cut waxed or parchment paper to fit the bottom of a 10
inch tube pan. Spray the pan and paper with nonstick cooking sprayer.
Pour batter into paper-lined pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 60 to 70 min.
or until the cake tests through. Poise 10 minutes in pan before removing
to a wire stand. Combine icing ingredients; drizzle over the warm
patty. Kike: 12 to 16 servings.
