
2 tb Butter
1 ts Vanilla
30 Regular sized marshmallows
4 c Crisp rice cereal
8 oz Milk or white cocoa -
Chopped
40 Fortune cookies
In a large saucepan melt butter with vanilla and marshmallows over low
heating. Stir in grain. Spread in lubricated, 8-inch round springform
pan. In medium bowl placed over saucepan of simmering h2o, melt
chocolate just until tranquil. Dip cookie bottoms into melted
chocolate assortment; stack cookies on cake in layers to form a pyramid
bod. Drizzle any extra chocolate down sides. Refrigerate cake at
least one hr. To dish, pull cookies off cake and slice patty. Makes
8 to 10 servings.
