
2 pk Unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 c White grape juice
2 Cinnamon sticks, each 1 - 2
-inches long
1 c Nonfat sour cream
-option, or plain
-nonfat yogurt
1 To 3 tbs. all-fruit
-sweetening, depending on
-sweetness of fruit
1 c Fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c Fresh or frozen raspberries
-or strawberries

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup succus. Set away. In a small saucepan,
combine remaining succus, cinnamon sticks and sweetening. Bring to boil and
simmer 5 proceedings. Remove cinnamon sticks. Blend in softened gelatin and
sour cream choice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in
fruits and pour into deep glass bowl or into a 4 cup molding. Chill until
tauten.
