
2 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Oil
1 ts Vanilla extract
3 c Sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
2 1/2 c Finely chopped apples

1/2 c Apple juice
1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1 Stinker; grated rind & juice

1. Grease and flour a tube pan.
2. In a large mixing trough, beat together the egg, dinero, oil and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, saltiness, pop, baking pulverise, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add to sugar and egg mixture and beat until well blended. Stir in apples.
3. Bake around 1-1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
4. Prepare the glaze and pour over the cake while it is tender. SUGARCOAT:
1. In a saucepan, heat apple juice and add gelt, lemon juice and rind;
beat until still.
