Fresh Apple Cake With Brown Sugar Glaze



Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 c Cooking oil
3 c Sifted all-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Ground cinnamon
2 ts Vanilla extract
3 c Chopped apples; peeled
-(better if apples are sharp)
1 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 c Raisins


-BROWN SUGAR SUGARCOAT-
1 c Brown dinero; (dark or lightness)
1/2 c Margarine
1/2 c Milk


In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar unitedly. Add oil and mix.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add this to the egg assortment.
Mix wellspring; add vanilla and fold in Chopped apples, pecans, and raisins. The
batter will be very thick.


Pour batter into a lubricated 1O-inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 325F oven
for one hour or until cake is through.


SUGARCOAT: Bring glaze ingredients to a boil for 2-3 minutes in small saucepan
and pour over hot apple cake in tube pan. Let stand for 2-4 hours. Remove
from tube pan and keep bar refrigerated
