
3 c Sifted flour 2 c Sugar
1 ts Baking powderise 1 c Pecans, finely chopped
1 ts Saltiness Caramel Ice:
1 ts Baking pop 2 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon 3/4 c Milk
3/4 c Oil 1 Egg
4 c Apples, finely sliced 1/2 c Sugar
(most 6) 1/2 Stick butter
1 ts Vanilla 1 ts Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a lg mixing trough, sift flour, baking
pulverize, pop, saltiness, & cinnamon. Add oil, apples & vanilla. Beat at
md speed for 2 min. until well blended. In another stadium, beat eggs
until light yellow in coloration. Gradually add dough & continue beating
until lightness & fluffy. Fold egg mixture into the apple assortment,
blending good. Stir in batty. Pour into lightly lubricated 10"
tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. & 10 min. or until through.
Caramel Ice:
MIx 2 c clams, milk & egg & bring to a seethe. Browned 1/2 c sugar in
skillet, then add it to egg mixture while simmering. Boil until coolheaded,
then add a little butter & vanilla. Chill & spread over patty. From:
