1 c Canned pineapple, cubed 2 tb Brandy
1 c Clams 1 c Canned peaches,sliced&juice
2 tb Brandy 1 c Sugar
1 c Maraschino cherries & succus 2 tb Brandy
1 c Boodle 1 c Gelt

1 1/2 c Freshman 2 1/2 c Sugar
2 1/2 c Gelt 1 cn Fruit cocktail, (16 oz)
1 cn Peaches, sliced (28 oz) 1 Jar maraschino cherries -
2 1/2 c Bread (10 oz)
1 cn Crushed pineapple (16 oz)


CAKE
1 Box cake mix 4 Eggs
1 sm Box pudding mix 1 c Chopped nuts
3/8 c Cooking oil 1 Portion brandied yield


FRESHMAN


In a big (one-gal) jar, combine pineapple, 1 cup of cabbage & 2
tablespoons brandy. Let these ingredients sit in the jar for 2 weeks
& stir day-to-day. At the end of 2 weeks, add cherries, 1 cup of sugar and
2 tablespoons of brandy. Let the mixture sit for 2 more weeks & stir
day-after-day. The 4th workweek, add peaches, 1 cup bread & 2 tablespoons brandy.
Let the mixture sit for 2 weeks & stir every day. Seperate the liquid
from the yield. The liquid is your freshman, and you can use the yield

you are ready to prepare the fruit for the cakes.


SECOND STAGECOACH


In a big (one-gal) jar or container, put freshman, 2 1/2 cups
dinero & peaches. Mix good & cover the jar with a paper towel. Do not
refrigerate or screw lid on jar. Stir every day for 10 years. Succeeding,
subjoin 2 1/2 cups bread & pineapple. Stir every day for 10 years. Connect 2
1/2 cups bread & fruit cocktail. Slice cherries & add with succus.
Stir everyday for 10 years. On baking day, drain yield & divide it
into four equal parts. Save the succus & use for starter for friends
who want to make this delicacy. You will have enough for five starters
(some 2 cups each). You can save this fruit mixture by refrigerating
the remaining office, but it should be used as soon as potential. Do not
refrigerate the liquidity, because it will stop the fermenting brush,
and you want to give this to friends for their cakes.


CAKE Combine cake mix, instant pudding mix, cooking oil & egg. Beat
until quiet. Fold in chopped nut & 1 portion of yield. The batter
will be thick. Pour mixture into a greased tube pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 50 to 60 proceedings. Turn out while hot. When cooled the
cake freezes very wellspring. The choice of which cake mixes, as well as
pudding mixes is yours. Whiteness, yellow or fruit flavored cake mixes,
as well as any of the fruit-flavored pudding mixes can be used.
Coconut may be substituted for the batty.
