Frozen Lemon Cheesecake Yogurt Bars



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
1 c Lemonade; frozen
-reduce, partially
-thawed
2/3 c Nonfat dry milk
1/2 c Skim milk
1/3 c Sugar
2 tb Lemon nip; grated
1/2 c Fresh lemon succus


In food processor or liquidiser, combine all ingredients; process until
still.


Fill popsicle molds or small paper cups with yogurt assortment. If using paper
cups, cover each cup with aluminum foil. Insert popsicle stick into each
mold or cup. freeze until mixture hardens. Carefully remove from molds or
cups earlier serving.
