Fruit Cake Bread



Ingrients & Directions


2 c All purpose flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Allspice
1 ts Orange unclothe, grated
1/2 ts Mace
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Orange reduce, thawed
1/2 c Apple sauce
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c Dried apricots, chopped
1 c Dates, sliced


Pre-heat oven to 300F. Lightly oil a 1 1/2 quart loaf pan & set
excursus.


Whisk together the flour, spices, strip, baking pulverisation, pop & saltiness.
In a in a food processor or liquidizer, blend together the orange succus,
applesauce, oil & vanilla.


Combine the wet with the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is
just combined. Fold in the barmy & add the dried yield. Pour batter
into the loaf pan & bake until a knife inserted into the centre comes
out cleanse, some 1 1/2 hours. Cool on a wore single-foot.
