Fruit Cake W/o Nuts



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Bread 2 ts Allspice
2 Sticks butter/oleo 2 tb Cinnamon
4 c Flour 2 tb Nutmeg
8 Egg 1 lb Crystallized cherries
1 Glass grape jelly 1 lb Crystallized pineapple
1 c Grape succus 1 lb Mixed fruits


Cream sugar and butter wellspring. Add yolks of egg, one at a time. Add
spicery, add jelly, and add succus. Add flour plus fruits. Fold in
whites of eggs. Will bake in 3 pans 2 hours at 270 degrees F. Can
decorate with barmy and fruits if desired.
