1 pk Butterscotch morsels (6 oz.)
2 tb Instant coffee
1/4 c Water
1 c Butter
3 c Flour
1/2 ts Soda
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Buttermilk
4 ea Egg
Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, java, and
weewee. Cream together butter and sugar and add to butterscotch
assortment. Combine flour, tonic, salt and add to creamed mixture
alternately with buttermilk. Add eggs one at a time. Beat at medium
swiftness. Bake in lubricated 12-cup, 10- inch Bundt pan at 350 degrees for
55-60 transactions. Cool 10 minutes earlier removing.
