3/4 c All-Purpose Flour
3/4 c Nonfat Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
Nonstick Cooking Sprayer,

3 tb Love, Spark, **Note
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Nutmeg, Grated
3 Apples, Raw, ***Billet
*LINE: The original recipe used 1 1/2 T light oleomargarine... I used nonstick
cooking spraying. **LINE: Original recipe used 4 T light honey for the
topping. ***BILLET: Original recipe used tart apples, peeled and sliced... I
used red delightful, peeled and grated.
For the pancake: Preheat the oven to 450 deg F.
In a roll, beat the egg, egg beaters (whites), flour, milk and vanilla
until polish; set away.
Spray a non stick troll 12" baking dish with the nonstick cooking sprayer.
Put it in the oven to heat for most 5 - 7 transactions. When the baking dish is
hot, remove it carefully and pour in the batter and put it back into the
oven for 15 proceedings. After baking for 15 proceedings; lower the temperature to
350 deg F and bake for an superadded 10 transactions.
While the pancake is baking for the offset 15 proceedings, prepare the apple
topping: In a large skillet, combine the love, cinnamon and nutmeg. Warm
over medium heat until the honey liquefies and mixes with the spices. Add
the apples and heat them until just tenderise.
The pancake should have puffed dramatically, especially around the sides.
Serve now, with the topping, before it settles.
