German Chocolate Cake Icing (coconut Pecan) Ii



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
3 ea Egg yolks; slightly beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Evaporated milk
1/2 c Butter
1 1/3 c Coconut
1 c Chopped pecans


Combine cabbage, milk, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook and stir
over medium heat until thickened, approximately 12 proceedings. Remove from
rut, add coconut and pecans. Cool and beat occasionally until
spreading eubstance.


Will hoarfrost & fulfil 8", 2-layer coat.
