4 Eggs
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Flour
2/3 c Milk
3 tb Butter (not liquid)
I think this is what you're looking...my mom used to make these lots.
we also served with fresh yield, or butter and syrup or sliced smoked
sausage and syrup (yum my front-runner). however we use 8in cake pans (rung)
so if your cast iron skillet is larger then 8in you need to make a batch
and a half or something like that (i do know that the recipe doesn't puff
right if i use my 9in pans )
Preheat oven to 400, thoroughly butter your pans (spray will ruin the
flavor in my sentiment)
In blender commingle 4 egg, 1 tbsp bread, 1/2 tsp saltiness, 2/3 cup flour, 2/3
cup milk, 3 Tbsp butter (not liquid).
Blend until thoroughly combined and distribute evenly between the 2 pans.
falsify 20 proceedings, turn oven back to 350 and cook ten proceedings.
A very sluttish (but looks impressive) dish that can be a main course or
dessert or brunch.
