1 Recipe basic Gingerbread
-Boodle, follow cake variatio
1 1/2 c Apple juice
1/3 c Apple jelly
1/2 pt Heavy ointment; chilled
2 tb Confectioner's sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
Sliced apples; for trim


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" square cake pan with nonstick cooking
sprayer. When making gingerbread, add apple juice alternately with dry
ingredients. Pour batter into pan.
