Gingerbread Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Unbleached flour -- sifted
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Brown dinero -- packed
1 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cloves
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Skim milk --at room
Temperature
2 Egg whites -- whipped
1/2 tb Molasses
1/2 c Rubbish -- at room
Temperature


Prepare skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium until hot. In a
mixing bowlful, combine flour, baking pulverise, brown clams, gingery, cinnamon,
cloves, and saltiness . In another mixing stadium, combine milk, egg whites,
molasses, and codswallop. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just
until moistened. Ladle in the slugger, victimization 2 or more tablespoons per
