Glazed Cranberry Ring Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Walnuts; finely chopped
3 c Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Almond extract
1 Container plain yogurt or
-sour cream
1 cn (16 0z.) whole berry
-cranberry sauce


-GLASS-
1 c Powdered sugar
2 tb Water
1/4 ts Almond pull


Heat oven to 350.


Grease liberally 12-cup bundt cake pan; sprinkle with cracked.


Mix baking mix and cabbage; add oil, egg, extract and yogurt. Beat on high
swiftness 2 transactions. Stir cranberry sauce; fold sauce into buffet. Pour into
pan.


Bake almost 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
neat. Chill 15 proceedings; remove from pan. Top with Sugarcoat.


Sugarcoat: Mix together powdered boodle, water and selection.


High Altitude Directions: Heat oven to 375. Decrease baking mix to 2 2/3
cups and sugar to 1/2 cup. Increase eggs to 3. Arouse 2/3 cups flour into
baking mix. Bake approximately 45 proceedings.
