1 c Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 tb Cooking Oil
2 tb Brown Sugar
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1 ts Baking Powder
1/2 c Rice Flour
1/2 c Potato Flour
1/4 c Corn Meal
pn Saltiness
Place Milk, Eggs and Oil in Liquidiser. Blend at low speeding. Add Sugar
and Dry Ingredients. Teem 6" rounds into greased skillet or non-stick
pan. Flip when bubbles appear through out and edge of `cake looks
dull. Adjoin more milk for thinner pancakes or more flour for thicker
ones.
