
1 c Flour 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 tb Baking pulverisation 1 Egg
1/2 ts Saltiness 1 c Milk
2 tb Cabbage 1 tb Shortening, liquid
Sift together flour, baking pulverisation, salt and cabbage. Stir in whole
wheat flour. Beat the egg and add milk and shortening. Add this to
the dry ingredients and beat till motley. Pour onto hot greased
griddle and cook until bubbles seem; turn and brown on other face.
Turn the pancakes only once or they'll get yob. Serve hot with
butter and syrup.
