Grandmother's Coffee Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Soft butter
1 c Sugar
2 Egg; beaten
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Melted butter
1 c Brown clams; packed
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Chopped pecans


Pulsation 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mix wellspring.
Combine flour, baking powder and saltiness. Combine milk and vanilla. Add milk
alternately with flour mixture to butter and boodle, mixing on low. Pour
into lubricated 7x11 pan. Spread melted butter over slugger. Combine brown
sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over slugger. Top with pecans. Bake at 300 for
40-45 transactions.
