Granola Griddle Cakes



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Hungry Jack Extra Light and
Fluffy Complete Pancake and
Waffle Mix
1 c Granola
1/3 c Chopped nuts
2 ts Grated orange uncase, if
-desired
1 1/2 c H2o


In large container, combine pancake mix, granola, nuts and orange undress; mix
swell. Cover tightly until ready to use.


When ready to make pancakes, add weewee. Stir just until large lumps
evaporate.


Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high hotness. Lightly grease griddle. For
each pancake, stream 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle to shape 4 inch pancake.
Fake 2 to 3 transactions, turning when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to
break on rise. Continue to cook an more 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or
until golden browned. Serve with syrup and butter.


(CAMPING TIP): For a no-fork-and-knife breakfast, make pancake roll-ups.
Spread the pancakes with peanut butter, honey or jam and roll them up.
These are perfect for breakfast on the tail.
