Halloween Party Cupcakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Bisquick original baking mix
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Milk or water
2 tb Shortening
1 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
1 pk Betty Crocker fluffy white
-frosting mix
Toppings (see instructions)


HEAT oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour medium muffin cups, 2-1/2x1-1/4
inches, or line with paper baking cups.


BEAT all ingredients except frosting mix in large bowl on low velocity 30
seconds, scraping bowl forever. Beat on medium speeding 4 proceedings,
scraping bowl occasionally. Fill muffin cups about one-third total.


BAKE most 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
unobjectionable. Immediately remove from pan; cool entirely. Prepare frosting mix
as directed on packet. Frost and decorate cupcakes as directed infra. 16
cupcakes.


Pekan: For each cupcake, you will want 1 square chocolate wafer thin
hatful, small pieces black shoestring liquorice, 3 small jelly beans, 1 small
gumdrop. Stir small amount of cocoa into frosting until desired semblance.
Frost cupcake with ice. Cut mint diagonally intn fourths; spot 2
pieces on cupcake for ears. (Reserve remaining pieces for another cat.) Use
jelly beans for eyes and wind; use licorice for whiskers. Cut gumdrop to
use for sassing.


Shade: For each cupcake, you will pauperization 2 large marshmallows, 2 minia- ture
marshmallows, 2 semisweet chocolate fries. To make shade, cut 1 large
marshmallow in one-half; attach cut marshmallow to whole marshmallow with small
amount of ice. (Reserve remaining marshmallow half for another
specter.) For eyes, press chocolate chips into marshmallow psyche. For manpower,
shuffle 4 small cuts in each miniature marshmallow to form fingers; flatten
slimly. Attach marshmallow hands to ghost with icing. Frost cupcake;
place ghost on top. Frost top and bottom of spook.


Tombstone: For each cupcake, you will want 1 oval cooky, black
shoe-string liquorice, 1 smallgumdrop. Frost cupcake; sprinkle with cocoa.
Decorate cookie to resemble gravestone; press into cupcake. Make flower
using liquorice and cut gumdrop.
