
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Oil
2 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
2 ts Soda
3 c Grated carrots
2 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Chopped Oregon hazelnuts

4 oz Cream cheese
2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c Chopped Oregon hazelnuts
1 ts Vanilla
Beat egg, sugar and oil unitedly. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt
unitedly. Add to creamed assortment. Fold in grated carrots and vanilla
and mix good. Bake at 325 for 1 hour in a lubricated 9x13-inch pan.
Spread on the cream cheese icing and help.
