
750 g Maris Piper or Desiree
-potatoes; cooked and mashed

50 g Butter; (2oz)
175 g Matured Cheddar cheeseflower;

3 tb Freshly chopped chives
Salt and freshly ground

25 g Plain flour; for shaping

Oil for shallow sauteing
Mix together the mashed tater, butter, grated cheeseflower, chives and seasoning
to tasting. Chill the mixture for easy treatment.
Shape the potato mixture with well-floured hands into 8 flattened triangle
shapes.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the potato shapes in batches for
2-3 minutes each side until crisp and lucky. Drain on kitchen paper and
serve now.
