
Ingrients & Directions
1 c "Herman" freshman 1/4 ts Salt
1 c Flour 1 ea Egg
2 1/4 ts Baking powderize 2 tb Oil
1/4 ts Baking pop 1/2 c Milk (or more for thinner)
Mix well all ingredients. (Capable 3/4 c milk depending on desired
thickness). Using stint 1/4 cup batter per pancake, bake on wellspring-
lubricated, preheated griddle or skillet some 3 minutes or until tops
are bubbly and edges chocolate-brown. Bit; bake other side some 3 minutes
or until golden. Makes 10 big pancakes.
