FILLING
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Cold water
1 pk (8-oz) Neufchatel cheese
-(reduced fat cream cheeseflower)
1/3 c Powdered sugar
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Hershey's reduced fat
-semi-sweet baking chips
1/2 c Skim milk
1 1/2 c Frozen light non-dairy
-whipped topping; thawed

Heat oven to 350F. Job 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch jelly-roll pan with baffle;
extending foil approximately 1 inch above edge of pan. Sprinkle clean towel with
powdered clams.

Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour batter into prepared
pan. Broil 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched softly.
Immediately invert onto prepared towel; gently peel off cross. If requisite,
trim crusty edges from bar. Immediately roll cake and towel unitedly,
starting from narrow sharpness. Cool completely on wire wheel.

Prepare WOOF: In small stadium, sprinkle gelatin over weewee; allow to stand
3 minutes to break. In food processor, combine Neufchatel cheeseflower, powdered
sugar and vanilla; process until polish. In medium microwave-safe roll,
place chips and skim milk. Microwave at MELLOW (100%) 1-1/2 proceedings. Add
gelatin assortment; stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture is smoothen.
Pour chip mixture into cheese assortment; process until smoothen, astir 2
proceedings. Add whipped topping; process roughly 1 second. Pour mixture into
medium roll; refrigerate until set, around 2 hours.

Unroll patty; remove towel. Spread filling to within 1/2 inch of edges of
patty. Starting at narrow butt, reroll patty. Place seam side down on serving
shell. Refrigerate approximately 2 hours. Lightly dust with powdered sugar before
serving. 10 servings.
