Home For The Holidays Cake (whiskey Cake)



Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Butter
2 c Sugar
6 Egg -- beaten
3 1/2 c Flour
1 pn Salt
2 ts Baking powder
1 c Whiskey
2 ts Vanilla
1 lb Chopped pecans


Cream butter and gelt. Add eggs and mix. Sift dry ingredients and add to
butter assortment. Slowly add whiskey and vanilla. Fold in buggy. Line two
loaf pans with foil and sate 2/3 wide-cut. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and
15 minutes or until through.
