Honey Pancake Puff



Ingrients & Directions


3 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Milk
6 Eggs
3 tb Honey
1 pk Cream cheeseflower; dull, 3 oz
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powderise


Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:25 Preheat oven to 400. Grease
pan with 1 T. butter. Add remaining butter and place in oven until butter
sizzles. While dish is in oven, place remaining ingredients in liquidizer.
Blend at high speed for 1 bit. Scrape down sides and blend at high speed
1 additional second. Remove pan from oven and immediately pour in slugger.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffed and dark golden brownish. Remove
from oven and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately
with powdered clams, syrup ro fresh yield.
