
1/2 c H2o 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Margarine or butter 1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 c Flour 1/4 c Buttermilk*
3/4 c Clams 1/2 ts Vanilla
3 tb Unsweetened cocoa 1 Egg
1/2 ts Baking tonic 1 c Low or no fat hot fudge sauc
Heat oven to 350. Sprayer 9" square pan with nonstick cooking spraying. In
small saucepan, heat water and margarine until margarine melts; set
parenthesis. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level. In large
trough, combine flour, cabbage, baking pop, salt and cinnamon; mix wellspring.
Add water assortment, buttermilk, vanilla and egg. Beat at low speed
until moistened; pulsation 2 minutes at medium upper. Pour into spray
coated pan. Bake at 350 15-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in
center comes out unobjectionable. Meanshile, heat fudge sauce as diredcted on
container, spread on hot coat. Bake an aditional 10 proceedings. Cool
10-15 proceedings, serve tender. If desired, garnish with light whipped
topping and maraschino cherries.
