Hot Milk Cake (toasted Coconut Squares)



Ingrients & Directions


2 lg Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Flour
1 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Milk
1 tb Butter


TOPPING
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 c Coconut
2 ts Butter
2 tb Milk


Beat egg, add dinero, continue trouncing. Add flour, baking powder and saltiness.
Add vanilla.


Add butter to milk and bring to roil. (I do this in nuke.) Then add
hot milk mixture to egg assortment. Mix well and pour into pan. Bake until
light dark-brown.


Topping: Thawing 2 teaspoons butter in small pan. Join 2 tablespoons milk and
1/2 cup brown cabbage. Mix good. Pour over cake. Sprinkle with 1 cup coconut
and browned in oven.
